As Director of Estimating & Operations, Tanner oversees project estimating, planning, and day-to-day operations to ensure every project is delivered efficiently and successfully. As Majority Owner, Crystal brings a unique perspective to the construction industry while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
